We complete appraisal services on all residential property types and are affiliated with another premier company to address your commercial appraisal needs.  Residential appraisals include:  single family dwellings (whether detached or attached); condominium units; 2-4 family residential income properties; vacant residential land; FHA appraising.

Commercial appraisals are completed on all non-residential property types with another long established appraisal firm and includes the MAI designation.

Our services are utilized by: lenders in conjunction with mortgage financing; attorneys in estate services or family law services which may also include expert witness testimony if the case requires; buyers and/or sellers trying to better understand the value of their property or a property they are interested in pursuing.

We work with clients looking to buy, sell or lease real estate in both the residential and commercial market.  We typically provide exclusive representation to best service our clients.  We can also serve as a transactional broker if that is desired.

We first establish exactly what type of property you are looking for or are selling through your description.  Initial research is then completed to give you an idea of market activity.  We are then able to fine tune the process by completing on-site inspections with our clients of the property they are selling or perspective properties they might consider for a purchase.

Our Real Estate Consulting Services are really tailored to your needs.  We can provide consulting relating to a specific transaction, general questions in the real estate field and can also address larger needs on an hourly basis.

Our Real Estate Development services can be in exploring a particular project from site selection to development and leasing or sales - to discussing projects that we are working on locally and out of the area.
